Executes Security Cooperation through COMUSAFE-AFAFRICA’s strategic vision to Build Partnership Capacity throughout 104 nations in Europe and Africa, by facilitating engagements between the USAFE-AFAFRICA Command Chief and Senior Enlisted Leaders in partner nations’ Air Forces, as well as integrating command efforts for Enlisted Force Development across two continents. 

I also serve as the Senior Enlisted Leader to HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA’s O-7 Director of Plans and Programs for all issues involving operations, Human Resources, health and safety, morale and welfare, discipline, and quality of life for over 230 total-force members, supporting the missions and members of multiple Divisions.

USAFE-AFAFRICA Enlisted International Affairs Manager / A5/8 Directorate Senior Enlisted Leader

l served as the principal advisor to the 902d Civil Engineer Squadron Commander for all issues involving operations, Human Resources, health and safety, morale and welfare, discipline, and quality of life for 280 military and civilian members; supported the operations and members of Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Emergency Management, and Fire Emergency Services flights.

Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader

I served as the senior advisor to the Fire Chief, serving as a subject matter expert in the administration, Human Resources, management, planning, coordination, financing, policy-making, implementation, and quality control of department-wide activities, such as fire prevention, firefighting operations, training, certification, technical rescue, hazardous materials response, environmental health & safety, emergency medical services, and emergency communication center operations.

I championed professional development, process improvement, and compliance with established fire protection and military standards, all while considering the personal and professional needs of the firefighters first.

Deputy Fire Chief

I served as the Interim Fire Chief at the one of the Department of Defense’s largest and busiest Fire Departments with 220 civilian and military firefighters at 9 fire stations spread across the San Antonio Metropolitan Area. We protect 560,000 military and family members, $37 billion in assets, 5 runways, 177 aircraft, and over 39 million square feet of property while protecting the public’s trust in executing an annual $1.4 million budget. Directly supervised 4 Deputy Fire Chiefs. Key risk advisor to the Base Fire Marshall (Squadron Commander), Base Civil Engineer (Group Commander), and Wing Commander.

Fire Chief (Interim)

Led a shift of 26 firefighters in daily operations protecting Air Education & Training Command’s number one Pilot Instructor Training mission, 16,000 people, 143 aircraft, 3 runways, and $2 billion in real property. 

Full budget oversight and management of 9 major programs, including personal protective equipment, technical rescue, and emergency medical services.

Assistant Fire Chief - Operations

Served as the strategic advisor and principal coordinator for senior executive leader overseeing 30,000 Airmen and syncing 9 geographically separated wings across Europe and Africa.  Coordinated military and political leader engagements, secured worldwide travel and diplomatic clearances, and deconflicted priority requirements.  Planned and executed conferences, mentoring sessions, and professional development experiences for other senior enlisted leaders.

Executive Assistant to the Third Air Force Command Chief

Led executive staff at the 86th Civil Engineer Group, USAFE's only Civil Engineer Group.  Advised & represented commander on projects, and shaped strategic communications for use all the way to the Headquarters Air Force level.  Directed schedule & tasks for 1,400 engineers maintaining $11.7 Billion in infrastructure for 3 Wings, 1 Numbered Air Force, 3 Higher Headquarters, & 87 tenant organizations.
