I like making things happen. Back at uni I set-up the Expedition Society and lead a team of three of us that organised the Timbutu Rally, which involved: 15 students from SOAS and LSE 4 cars - 4 old Peugeot estates and 1 Land Rover Driving through 5 countries over 6 weeks, culminating in Timbuktu Getting everyone back safe and sound - successfully done The scrappy, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset required to make the above a success (and safe) has continued into my professional life. So, having survived Stage 4 bowel cancer in 2024 and taken stock of my life, I want to dedicate my professional life to driving things forward at organisations that are making an impact. I do my best work in fast-moving, rapidly growing environments where results are what matter. Agencies, start-ups and scale-ups are my happy place. If you need someone to sit quietly in their box and chug through, I won’t be the best fit. In a world of hyper-specialisation, I work to bring people (and their specialisms) together to create real change and progress.
