I opened and managed all EIMS global Inside Sales hubs (600 reps) and Global programs from scratch; in 4 geos. Those teams deliver hundreds of millions of closed revenue for our tech clients in 41 languages (Adobe, Blackberry, Symantec, SAP, Dell, HP, Magento, 8x8, Veritas, IBM, and many others). 

In the last 20+ years, I  had the privilege of hiring and shaping the careers of over a thousand  sales professionals in 4 Geos. I am an expert at setting up large multilingual technology Inside Sales hubs, I have done it  in 4 Geo’s & 8 countries  (UK, New Zealand, USA,  Spain, Singapore, China, Philippines & South Africa) for Tech vendors like HP, SAP, CA,  8x8 cloud communications, VMware, Blackberry, Dell/EMC, IBM, Symantec and many others. I love injecting tons of “mojo” to help teams DOMINATE and achieve record breaking numbers in any language, in any region. Among my weaknesses are cooking a proper paella and dancing (especially salsa) but  my  sense of humor more than compensates for that.
