Please hit the "FOLLOW" button above to keep updated on the resources, tips, and content I share on my journey as a candidate with a disability and as an advocate for mental health. I am also an ally of many diverse groups and I have attended/facilitated many events for these groups by both volunteering and by being on leadership teams at different conferences and events. I have also gotten a number of scholarships for Udacity and one from Google for the IT support certificate. I was in the 2022 DisabilityIn nextgen leaders' program and I was also a Facebook career connections fellow. I was in the first-ever Momentum@Morehouse immersive course where I bridged the gap between the technical and non-technical. I helped students with resumes, cover letters, and personal branding while attending the boot camp. I love data visualization and telling stories with data using Tableau and finding ways to improve processes. I am honest about the things I do not know. I am hungry for knowledge and if I do not know something I find a way to learn it. I also love taking back what I am learning and teaching it to others. I am an advocate for others like me in the neurodiverse space and I share resources and opportunities I come across. I love sharing my journey of finding a career and interview/career tips from interviewing at top companies. I hope to keep going through disability/inclusive hiring. 💡High emotional intelligence with extensive knowledge of process optimization and an unsurpassed work ethic. 💡Self-sufficient and resourceful, with a responsive, cooperative, analytical, and knowledgeable approach to work. 💡Professional attitude and analytical mindset when dealing with all operational issues. 💡Enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen ability to rapidly assess diverse situational challenges, develop action plans, and lead teams to meet or exceed targeted goals. 💡A strong believer in servant leadership and being a collaborative leader who is an advocate for others and leads with integrity. From my schoolwork and contract and internship work, I've found a passion for data visualization, people, analytics, diversity, program management, project/program coordination, and now I am looking for full-time employment with the completion of my degree. My current interests are working in a career with lots of cross-training, cross-collaboration, and chances to continue being an advocate for others that are neurodiverse. I am willing to relocate and I love to travel. I consider myself a techy nomad.
