- Provide management, training, and direction for department’s BGMs and CSMs, with particular emphasis over the Inside and Outside Lead Business Growth Managers (BGMs).
- Develop, apply, and manage a highly disciplined approach to managing the sales process (e.g. requiring channel specific strategies, sales reports, goal setting, training, and accountability) to ensure that opportunities are maximized.
- Detail channel specific growth plans for company annual business plan to include competitive
analysis, growth objectives, assessment of previous plan completion, and human resource analysis.
- Further develop optimal ecommerce and brick/mortar sales destinations using existing network of teams and 3rd party distribution.
- Work with team to develop strategies to cross-sell / up-sell to existing accounts.
- Develop training and sales documentation to ensure cutting edge product knowledge and positioning
- Actively collaborate with sales & marketing team (along with key accounts partnership) to develop and execute on promotions to further enhance Sunwarrior’s merchandising presence.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers in each “vertical”, specifically those that represent the company’s top 25% of revenue.
- Manage initiation Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for all domestic (and international) label change updates.
-  Take initiative to improve the functionality and efficiency of this position.

Ben is currently the General Manager at the Virgin Valley Water District in Mesquite, NV (where he was born and raised) and he is happy to be home! 

As the General Manager, Ben leverages his skills in leadership, negotiations, process improvement, and customer relationship management to create long-lasting partnerships and to exceed expectations. Ben holds an MBA from Southern Utah University and has earned certificates in Global Business Management and Lean Leadership. He is also a former city council member for Washington City, Utah.

He currently resides in Mesquite, NV with his family.
