Managing a team of Data Support Consultants to cover standard internal and external reporting requirements as well as other administrative duties/support functions, for a key contract spanning UK & Ireland. Also utilising tech and automation (Excel, VBA, PowerAutomate) to continually redefine and improve systems and processes to create more impact in less time, with less human effort.

Data Manager

Inducting, managing, challenging & supporting temporary associates in their assignment for an Adecco client at their site in Ridgmont, Bedfordshire. Diverse role which includes aspects of; HR, Design, Marketing, Systems Improvement & Development. Adding value wherever possible.

Site Support

Step-up to Shift Manager to cater for temporary structural change as a result of the need to increase overall team size, (in order to maintain expected levels of service during peak period). Duties included whatever was required to oversee successful running of shift. Training, inspiring and managing a new team member to collectively execute on required daily tasks and adapting to and prioritising/delegating auxilliary tasks as required.

Shift Manager

Primarily picking products for the world's leading ecommerce and logistics company on a temporary basis. Also trained in other departments in line with the needs of the business. ***April 2018*** - Presented with an award for Associate of the Month for consistent all-round performance and desire and willingness to learn and grow.

Stepped up to General Manager following a serious fire at the premises and sudden exit of pre-existing manager. Very much learnt on the job with some assistance from various stakeholders of the business, including a part-time consultant.

General Manager

Promoted to Bar Manager within days of starting as a Front of House Team Member. Taking overall responsibility for the appearance and operations of the bar and related functions, including; monitoring of cellar conditions (including temperature, cleanliness and hygiene), monitoring and replenishing wet stock in line with constantly evolving thresholds dependant upon calendar of events, receiving and inspecting deliveries, conditioning and management of beers throughout their lifespan, troubleshooting beer delivery, cleaning of beer lines.

Bar Manager

Responsible for ensuring guest's expectations were met and exceeded, wherever possible. Meeting and greeting guests, checking-in and checking-out hotel guests, assisting with bags, making and serving drinks, taking food orders, running food and clearing tables, operating tills, training colleagues in usage of the till system, covering where staffing issues occurred at late notice, opening and closing the bar, ensuring overall safety and tidiness of the site, carrying out all of the above in line with company procedures.
