Publisher and Vice President of Sales
Reporting directly into the CEO I manage a team of 8 Research Directors and Sales Executives.
Responsible for 2 publications, African Business Journal and Australian Business Journal
Manage all aspects of the business including team development, revenue generation, budgets, targets and meeting tight deadlines.
Tasked to exceed revenue targets of $350k per month as a team as well as maintain personal sales performance
Involved with the launch of both publications including office set up and team recruitment and training.
Complete financial and budgetary responsibility

After successfully leading the UK office I was offered the chance to relocate to Canada and manage and develop the Canadian arm of the WDM Group. 
Responsible for a yearly budget of $2m generated through advertising revenues 
Tasked to manage a team of 12 staff to exceed company targets and objectives
Reporting directly to the CEO with ideas for expansion and new revenue streams
Complete control of entire Canadian operation

Head hunted by CEO of Conquest Business Media to launch new digital media company
Responsible for recruitment, development and retention of sales team.
Managed a wide range of publications including revenue generation, sales, production and reporting.
Pushing team to deliver on time and above expected levels.
Successfully built team to 20 sales staff before relocating to Canada.

Responsible for a team of 16 selling advertising into 2 B2B hard copy publications.
Whilst smashing targets I was also tasked to be the lead sales generator across the company.
Promoted to UK Sales Director after managing direct sales team on one of Conquest's leading titles.
