- Serve as the communications lead supporting the Security, Facilities, Finance, and Travel organizations
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding team to develop effective brochures and display materials for conventions and symposiums
- Plan, communicate, execute and manage the budget for the SI's annual community outreach activities (including a corporate wide volunteer day and charitable giving campaign) and other volunteer initiatives
- Monitor industry news daily to compile and distribute "News Briefs," a weekly e-report highlighting news stories pertinent to the company
- Provide additional support for all corporate newsletters

Communications Representative

- Draft and edit content for memos, newsletters, intranet and external website
- Coordinate communication campaigns with functional organizations
- Compile and distribute "News Briefs," a weekly compilation of various local and national news articles that pertain to the SI's business, its competitors, the Intelligence Community, and the industry at large
- In charge of multiple community relations campaigns, including "The SI Gives," our annual charitable giving campaign, as well as the SI's annual Volunteer Day
