-Leads and manages the organization, by selecting, training, coaching, communicating, and holding staff accountable to the values strategies and objectives.
-Establishes plans and results/performance measurements, allocating resources and accountabilities.

•Scope:
-Direct Operations processes of a 250 workers of high-end wood packaging and jewelry displays factory of the GAINERIE 91 Group (China Factory).

•Missions:
-Oversee activities directly related to making products.
-Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, pricing and sales.
-Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
-Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
-Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
-Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members as necessary.
-Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Operations Manager

KILLINE Group

•Scope:
-Direct manufacturing process of a 1000 workers optical frame factory.

•Missions:
-Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production.
-Direct management of production line, manage planning, and balance line setup and daily trouble-shooting.
-Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with top management and staff members as necessary.

Production Director

Axus Stationery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

•Scope:
-Manager of 30 office staff and 50 workers in Quality and Engineering Departments.
-In charge of Quality System deployment in China (Shanghai) and Vietnam (Haiphong) Factories.
-In charge of new product developments in accordance with EU consumer goods regulations.
-In charge of Process & Methods improvement through innovative technologies and LEAN Manufacturing system.

•Missions:
-Directs prevention-based quality and design policies, processes and training across suppliers and 3rd party laboratories (TUV,SGS) to achieve full compliance with applicable regulations.
-Develops and implements quality strategies for new product and regulatory issues.
-Analyses customer claims and direct corrective action plan in related department. Manage quality related recalls and leading crisis management until case closure.
-Develops and directs new manufacturing process to provide a price competitive advantage for our customers.
-Support our product worldwide and exceeding customer expectations with respect to product quality by benchmarking and comparison testing processes.
-Develops, communicates and maintains factory scorecard.
-Directs and develops training and education for staff for Lean implementation.
-Improve internal process in Engineering Department trough Value Stream Mapping and Standard work.
-Part of the New Factory (Vietnam) Set-up team (Land, Building, Technology and Quality Part)

•Achievements:
-Products recognized as Safest on the European Markets in front on Major EU/ US Brands by Consumer magazine. (Stiftung Warentest 2009, Öko-Test 2011)
-Successfully Sourcing for over 800 000 USD Machinery from Germany, Czech Republic and China, increase efficiency by 20-30% and allow new products to be developed (ROI within 2 Years).
-Launch of 5 New product Ranges and their workshop set-up.
-Quality and safety compliance increased allow us a 20% growth per year during since 5 year.
-Successful technology transfer between China and New Vietnam factory (2010).

Product Development Manager, Engineering and Quality Manager

•Scope:
-Manager of 300 workers on 2 different production flow (EI transformers & DC Coils)

•Missions:
-Increase production efficiency and conduct product cost reduction program by using tools such as: Kanban, Kaizen, 5S…
-Responsible for the project of new models and transferred models from France HQ, serving as project leader to coordinate sourcing, purchasing and logistics. 
-Issue and validate WI (Working Instruction) for production line in coordination with Product Leader in France.
-Direct management of production line (150 Operators), manage planning, and balance line setup and trouble-shooting daily.
-Improve & control products Quality by using the analysis tools and QA tools, such as: SPC, FMEA…
-Deal with customer’s complaint and take corrective actions.

As a leader and manager, I oversee the organization, the strategic plans, the financial performance, the quality standards, and the new product development of NESTPAC. I also apply the principles of continuous improvement and kaizen to optimize the manufacturing efficiency and operations of the company. In addition to my role at NESTPAC, I am also a shareholder at Team for the Planet, a venture builder that creates companies aimed at fighting greenhouse gas emissions. I am passionate about supporting innovative solutions that address the climate emergency and have a positive social and environmental impact.
