Joined as the first Marketing hire, and contributed to Catalyst 3xing ARR two years in a row (with 45% sourced from Marketing) and becoming one of LinkedIn’s Top 50 Startups in the US in 2021. Much of this was accomplished via multiple successful viral Marketing campaigns, like the Catalyst Coaching Corner, The Unicornian, RetainMe (April Fools'), and the Customer Success Meme Library.

Specific responsibilities included:

• Managing the Brand & Community team (4 FTEs + freelancers)
• Content marketing (social media, blogs, customer marketing, and special projects — grew LinkedIn following from 1k to 15k+ over two years)
• Field marketing (IRL and virtual events, conferences, meetups, and summits)
• Brand marketing (viral campaigns, website redesign and copy, strategic partnerships, etc.)
• Community strategy, growth, and engagement
• Writing all content for The Unicornian (theunicornian.io)
• Launching, managing, and hosting the Humans of SaaS podcast (over 20k downloads each season)
• Launching and managing the Catalyst Coaching Corner (mentorship program that has now supported 1,500+ professionals)
