For the brands HENNIEZ & CRISTALP

After the great Nestea experience, I joined the team of the main Brand of the portefolio of Nestlé Waters, HENNIEZ. The brand HENNIEZ is leader in the gastronomy and belong to the top 3 brand water in Switzerland. 
During my experience, I led the 360° campaign " Henniez invites you to the restaurant" which aimed to support swiss restaurants after a difficult covid period. 

My main roles for the brand were: 

-Participation in the development of the annual communication and sales plan for national brands
-Contribution to the product strategy in coordination with the innovation teams (Launch of the new Sportscap 75cl )
-Implementation and focus on the HENNIEZ digital campaign
-Implementation of communication and brand promotion strategies
-Participation in the development of portfolio strategies, brands and implementation plans for key clients
-Implementation of activations at points of sale in collaboration with the CCSD department
-Analysis of market figures relating to the category, the brand and the competition in order to propose measures for the development of sales and optimization of the strategy

During my experience at Nestle Waters, I had the chance to manage the introduction of NESTEA into the company's portefolio. This multi-faceted project, including a great coordination with our co-packer, improvment of recipes, sales and integration of the product by the top-sellers  as a new 360° communication was a rewarding experience. 
The few months following the launch, we reached a double digit growth on the market. 

my mainly roles were the following: 
-Development of the brand's annual strategic plan for the market
-Creation of marketing visuals and implementation of 360° communication including strong digital plans
-Development and implementation of brand promotions in collaboration with the sales teams and CCSD
-Participation in the development of new innovations and recipes in collaboration with the international team
-Negotiations with copackers, management of contracts and different teams for the creation of new products
-Training of sales teams on category and innovation and development of sales material for the brand
