How do you not just embrace uncertainty, but welcome it? Fun Fact: At 18, I left the security of my home in New Zealand to forge my path in Australia with nothing but a dream. This leap of faith led to a remarkable career in sales at Xerox, Kodak, and CA, setting the stage for my venture into sales leadership and business ownership. Along the way, I faced illness and bankruptcy, experiences that propelled me onto an entrepreneurial path and took me around the world as a consultant, coach, and keynote speaker. Today, I'm proud to call the USA my home, having traded my Welfare card for a Green card. I believe that blending human behavior with strategy and story drives revenue growth. Add to that my belief that beneath any form of economic and personal success lies qualities such as courage, conviction and change. Bringing this out in my clients and audiences is pivotal to their success. Moreover, this passion has found a profound application in my work within the Colorado Department of Corrections, where I volunteer with maximum security inmates on their personal transformation and entrepreneurial program. This experience is deepening my understanding of human behavior and the power of courage and change, reinforcing my belief in the potential for transformation under any circumstances. I'm honored that Harvard Business School has hired me to coach their MBA students within their sales enablement curriculum and to have been the Master Asia Pacific coach for Anthony Robbins. Influencing change across twelve countries and hundreds of leaders, and speaking at his flagship event, UPW, has been a privilege. One of my proudest moments was being recognized by the USCIS (US Federal Government) as being in the top 1% of global sales leaders, a distinction that earned me a coveted Green Card with no restrictions. Ranked among the Top 50 Speakers globally by Top Sales World, I've shared insights on mindset, mental models, and purpose-driven leadership on international stages—from the UK to the USA, New Delhi to New York City and captured these insights in six published books. Additionally, my thought leadership has been featured in esteemed publications like The Age, BRW, India Economic Times, Jeweller Magazine, and the Australian Financial Review.
