For 20 years at the head of the UPANDGO agency, which specialises in digital learning and gamified pedagogy (Sale in 2024), I have had the chance to experience all the stages of an innovative business project, from creation to transmission, including of course structuring and development. I have experienced the loneliness of the manager when you have to make difficult choices that commit the company in the long term. I have thus built up a solid experience that I now share with other managers. Surrounded by complementary partners that I have often "practiced and validated" in my career, I am involved in the key phases of the company's development: Creation and launch, structuring of development projects, diversification, AI transition and search for strategic partners (Expertise, R&D, External growth, Merger). 
Innovation, value creation and differentiation are at the heart of my concerns. I am motivated to help my clients meet the challenges of our time by ensuring that I integrate their teams as much as possible into my intervention process. When the context and the mission allow it, I like to offer a part of remuneration linked to the result (fees or minority shareholdings). This pragmatic and agile approach is emblematic of my entrepreneurial and risk-sharing culture.

UP AND GO

In 2004, I decided to create a company that puts pleasure at the center of my job. I imagined an activity "totally made for me": a good dose of digital and innovation, pedagogy and meaningful themes. I also wanted to add an ingredient that is too often forgotten in the company: humor. This is how UPANDGO was born. 

The UPANDGO adventure really began when a large distribution group gave me the chance to design our first educational cartoon on the theme of customer relationship processing. We have come up with a very fun educational tool to raise awareness among the Group's 12,000 sales representatives about the handling of complaints. Offbeat sketches, field situations, interactive pedagogy... This first project was a perfect pilot of what I wanted to do. Very quickly, this "outside the usual codes" approach was acclaimed by many major accounts (Sanofi, Casino Group, Seb Group, etc.).

The Sub-Prime crisis forced us to reinvent our business model. This is how we developed our first thematic awareness kit on the shelf: "Crossing the Disability Threshold". In just a few years, we have seduced most of the CAC40 disability missions with a product that was still as qualitative as before but marketed 3 to 4 times cheaper. In 2011, we launched Quizvivor, our first digital game, and gradually developed our digital offer by investing 15 to 20% of our turnover each year in R&D: Gaming platform, games with buzzers for face-to-face use, adaptive learning, digibox,... We have become a digital learning agency appreciated for the quality and originality of its tailor-made designs. Our off-the-shelf catalog has continued to grow and diversify: Diversity, Safety, Occupational Health, Cybersecurity.

In 2024, I sold UPANDGO to start a new chapter.
