Bertin is working as a Business Systems Analyst for Deloitte USI(Global Technology Solutions). To begin with, he was part of a QA team to gather some experience in existing product/process knowledge over a complete development life cycle phase of a particular release. Then he moved on to work over the development of a fresh green field product of Deloitte, starting from gathering to elicitation of requirements, understanding the business and their needs and documenting those in user stories which could be eventually catered into software solutions. He completed PGDM with specialization in Marketing and Business Analytics from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai. During this course of time, he did his summer internship in Rane NSK Steering systems, an automotive manufacturer, as a marketing and analytics intern for 2 months. Formerly he was a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services with demonstrated history of working in salesforce development, agile methodology, bitbucket repositories, Jira stories, apex, visual force, SQL, Digital asset management, VBscript and LWC. He is a salesforce certified system administrator. He is an IT professional with strong fascination towards learning new technologies. Thanks to servicing in IT industry, he has the privilege of working in three different industries which includes retail, banking and IT itself. He is highly passionate to keep himself updated with day to day affairs. Egalitarian by nature. He is from southern part of India with under graduation in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Easwari Engineering College, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
