Under his leadership, Protis Global has played a pivotal role in building some of the most iconic brands in the CPG sector, launching several successful start-up beverage companies, and consistently ranking among the top 10 Consumer Products offices for the past 15 years, generating over $100 million in permanent placement fees. In 2019, Bert expanded his influence by acquiring MRINetwork, where he successfully guided the organization through a strategic exit in 2022 to a publicly traded company. He spearheaded the digital transformation of MRI's global offices, ushering in a new era of talent access. His vision focused on scaling MRI’s unique network model while equipping existing members with proven tools, training, digital media products, and cutting-edge technology. In addition to his work with Protis Global, Bert founded ace Talent Curators in 2019, a contract and fractional recruitment firm that has rapidly risen to become one of the top 10 professional contract firms in the industry. Bert is also an active speaker, mentor, advisor, and investor.
