How I got into coaching: In early 2020 I was introduced to an understanding of how the mind works: from the inside-out. Almost immediately, peace of mind became available to me. Since then, this mental clarity has become my default state. I do get busy in my head at times, but I always come back to clarity. It was the start of the Covid pandemic. I was planning a new business venture. My then 3 year old twins were at home with me as the UK entered the first lockdown and preschools, schools and nurseries were closed except to children of Key Workers. Life was very busy and I was able to navigate this potentially busy and unusual time with more mental clarity that I could have ever imagined. I was intrigued, and more than a little bit interested! I am following a calling to coach leaders from this new psychological paradigm called The Three Principles. I want my clients to have access to their own peace of mind, by seeing that they are truly creating their experience of life, moment to moment, from the inside-out. “Thought is not reality; yet it is through Thought that our realities are created.
