I work with top performers who desire to unlock and enhance a mental advantage in their personal and professional lives. This is accomplished through a partnership process to accelerate growth and goal achievement. I provide my clients a safe, confidential environment to work through complex issues in a non-bias and non-judgmental space. It’s an opportunity to momentarily slow down to get clarity on vision, direction, and alignment that is catered to each person’s needs. While coaching hundreds of individuals and organizations, I challenge myself to continuously evolve and develop alongside my clients. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” methodology. As a life-long learner, I’m able to employ a wide range of evidence based coaching modalities, neuroscience, and psychology to help my clients heighten their awareness and move forward with clarity. I’m certified as a professional coach through the International Coaching Federation and hold further certifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and emotional intelligence assessments. My formal education includes a BA from Texas A&M University, a master's degree in organizational development and leadership from the University of Texas in Dallas, and currently I am pursuing a doctorate degree in business psychology.
