🔥 Systems Admin with a flair for uplifting others! 🔥 For the past 11 years, I have managed many cool projects in the tech and education space. Check out a few of my recent achievements! ✅ Piloted an onboarding process improvement project for 10 accounts with 5 to 150+ users with 100% satisfaction in 3 months. ✅ Coordinated the rollout of a new security awareness product to 100+ clients to be completed by the end of Q3. ✅ Successfully proposed and implemented a new data analysis system to track the growth of 600+ students with 93% of students' scores rising 10-20 percent by the end of Q4. 🔥 Now, I am in a contract role where I get to help manage the backend of an internal portfolio management system. I'm loving it! 💪🏼 I bring the good out of bad situations and thrive on building up teams to reach new heights they didn't know existed. 👀 I love looking at problems from all angles and coming up with several possible solutions. As a previous educator of 10+ years, most of these solutions were quite creative and completed within a limited budget and scarce resources. Due to these factors, I developed phenomenal resource management skills! 🥇I excel at analyzing data and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on multiple platforms to create detailed, measurable plans, goals, milestone targets, and success criteria. I love building meaningful relationships with clients, customers, and teammates and helping others see the positives in negative situations.
