As a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, I create and maintain reports for Consumer & Business Banking, primarily in collection and recovery. I use various tools and platforms, such as Oracle SQL Developer, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint Designer, and Aces, to analyze data, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. I have a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University - Idaho. I also completed the Data Career Jumpstart program, where I learned the fundamentals of data science and applied them to real-world projects.
