As an Employee Relations Manager II, I provide timely advice and counsel to multiple clients across several business units and labor contracts, leveraging my Master of Science in Human Resource Management and over 15 years of experience in managing relationships. I'm passionate about risk management, organizational rewards, and cultivating a culture of engagement and success. I thrive in fast-paced and challenging environments, where I can apply my skills in policy interpretation, customer success, and skill development. In my current role, I have collaborated with peers and individuals across the organization to assist on multiple projects, such as Workday/Infor Change Management, Oracle COVID case testing and policy implementation, Compass discipline letter formatting, and HR Process Improvement focus group.
