• Manage and engage with all comments and messages on Instagram, an account with a following of over 24,000.

• Handle upwards of 75 direct messages daily, ensuring prompt and personalized responses. 

• Scheduling calls for Katelyn and her team, this involves navigating schedules, determining availability, and strategically allotting the appropriate time while accommodating other commitments on the calendar.

• Using Monday.com I keep tabs on lead generation, scheduled calls, and follow-ups. 

• Collaboration and teamwork are integral to this role, as evidenced by bi-weekly meetings with Katelyn and our team. During these sessions, we discuss new strategies and refine outreach scripts collaboratively.

Outreach & Marketing Lead

TourHero

•Manage day-to-day social media postings across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). 

•Create high-quality and engaging content (photos and videos) to be posted on Instagram as feed posts and reels, along with videos to be posted on TikTok. Instagram posts are daily while TikTok is twice a week.

•Edit and modify content that's been assigned, then submit content to the correct persons for vetting and approval before posting.

•Outreach that involves responding to comments, answering direct messages, and interacting with posts the company has been tagged in.

•Execute social media campaigns that help drive traffic to designated platforms, along with the designated TourHero website. 

•Position requires efficiency in various applications such as Slack, Notion, Canva, and Google Spreadsheets.

•Create UTM codes for links posted on social media to keep track of where clicks and traffic are coming from, along with using UTM links for creating QR codes.

•Weekly meetings to check on progress and keep everyone on the same page.

•Keep up to date with trends across social media platforms.

•Created infographics, motivational posts, educational posts, etc. on Canva to post on my personal TourHero social media outreach account (2 posts per week)

•Interacted with followers, ‘CampusHeroes, and ’TourHeroes’ daily by responding to DMs, comments, etc. 

•Analyzed the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying any strategic weaknesses and made recommendations for improvement 

•Participated in community outreach to the target audience through Instagram, as well as finding ways to make real, genuine connections through social media

Hashtag Me Social

•Create monthly content calendars following the requirements given to me by the client (i.e. weekly requirements such as one sponsor post, 2-3 content posts, a holiday post)

•Dissect the client's publication, sifting through articles and finding priority content for social media posts

•Select bright and clean images from the publication, ensuring they're of the best quality before posting

•Create captions for each post that will be going out for the month, if necessary include contact details, and tag the correct accounts related (i.e. photography credits, tag sponsors, etc.)

•Use relevant hashtags to the content being posted and be aware of required hashtags from my client

•Utilize Facebook Creator Studio to draft all social media posts for Instagram and Facebook

•Create quick video slideshows and add logos to images using Canva

•Be aware of any requests made by my client that I need to complete in the monthly content, such as a Call To Action on any posts

With Fangirls: World Tour, I wrote articles for our website, from information relevant in the music industry to concert experiences. 

As a team, we often worked together to brainstorm ideas for content creation across social media platforms, podcast episodes, and articles. 

As one of the content creators for Fangirls: World Tour, I worked alongside others to create TikToks relevant to current events in the music industry and pop culture. There's a focus on using sounds and themes that are trending and using them to make relevant TikToks in regards to the music industry, this helps them receive more traffic.

Kiddie Korner Day Care

I was responsible for supervising, instructing, and teaching children. It was required that I organize and create lesson plans weekly. In my classroom, I created a safe and nurturing childcare environment for my class of 15 children ranging from ages 3 to 5 while collaborating with my aide. In the classroom I also created a fun and interactive environment planning activities that entertained and stimulated the children. 

At the beginning of the year and throughout I communicated and coordinated with parents to understand each child's specific needs and desires. Effectively interacted with and educated children working towards specific age-appropriate milestones (writing, letter recognition, etc.).

Three times a day, I administered meals and any medications specific to each child's restrictions or meal plans including lactose intolerance and nut intolerances.

Preschool Teacher

Assisted the head teacher with their group of children in ways such as helping the children with their workbooks (ABCs and 123s) or setting up activities and conducting them, oftentimes in small groups. In addition, I helped solve any conflict children may have with one another in a positive manner and provided positive reinforcement for good behavior. I was also responsible for getting food to the children and having knowledge about basic first aid care for when a child got injured. When working with younger children, it was required of me to change them when accidents occur. Age groups vary from toddlers to third grade.

Teacher's Aide

Prepared AM snack, lunch, and PM snack for 70+ children, cleaned dishes, organized utensils and food items in the kitchen along with the head cook. Also provided assistance for any teachers who did an activity involving food or utensils from the kitchen.
