I have over 12 years experience across the entertainment/media industry and in 2015 graduated from The University of Salford with a 1st class BA Hons Television & Radio degree. I previously worked as a Freelance Station Producer at Heart Thames Valley as well as working in the marketing department as Street Team Coordinator before leaving to work in Factual Entertainment Commissioning at ITV which enabled me to work with talent; ultimately helping me decide that talent management was what I wanted to work in as I could work across all areas of the entertainment industry and utilise the network I had built up. I moved across to Off Limits Entertainment, where I worked with a varied roster of talent and was successful in executing powerful and premium brand campaigns for my clients as well as developing their podcast, television and book ideas, which lead to commissions in all of these areas. Currently I work as Head of Female Talent at Alpha Talent Group where my goal is to maximise the potential of the female talent within the agency and heighten their careers by exploring different avenues and working collaboratively with the clients.
