Partnered with colleagues and leaders across the company to help employees understand and connect to the company’s efforts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data and linguistic sciences, and brilliant user design.

Content strategy and execution of all hands meeting, hosted by CEO and executive team. From the agenda and slides, to meeting with speakers, and execution, worked closely with Chief of Staff, executives, and (vitally) IT to deliver impeccable meetings.

Created Employer Brand strategies and initiatives, in a close partnership with HR teams. Tackled culture, employee brand ambassadorship, continually improving communication with employees.

I partnered with c-level execs to plan, create, and execute internal communications. I worked with the Chief HR Officer, Chief Counsel, Chief Information Security Officer, and across all levels of their organizations.

I drove the manager communication program, which included building tool kits for managers to use when sharing fiscal year priorities with their teams; we tracked adoption through reporting and measured impact via employee surveys. I also coordinated the translation of the manager materials into APAC languages. 

I was a trained peer coach and worked with high potential directors and senior as part of their development plans.
