My projects utilized usability testing, in-depth interviews, heuristic reviews, card sorting, personas, and co-creation workshops. I also led an initiative to enable my product team to have direct communication with their customers, which was previously forbidden, meaning all prior research was secondary or done with non-users.

As the second UX researcher at Stack Overflow, I lead product research and design for our flagship B2B SaaS product, teams. Over 2.5 years, I executed 40+ generative & evaluative studies using a variety of methods (in depth interviews, usability testing, concept testing, surveys, and more). My research identified and motivated the creation of Articles in Teams, disrupting the 10-year assumption that all developer documentation should live in a Q&A format.

At AnswerLab, I managed the logistical execution of 60+ research projects for Facebook, Google, Walmart, Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, and other Fortune 500 companies. I was hand picked for a strategic research project on AI for smart speakers when this user experience was not yet well defined.
