I have always loved working with people, and helping them to get the most out of life. Initially this took the form of organising gap years and career breaks. I then took my sales experiences and transferred them to helping organisations implement a coaching culture within their teams. ​This is where I had my biggest transformation in both my mindset and my success at work, which came through the support of coaching. I am therefore VERY passionate about it as I know first hand how powerful coaching can be. After a decade of working in learning & development in a commercial role, I am now more hands on by becoming a coach and facilitator myself. ​I’ve been a fully-certified coaching professional since 2019, helping my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core values and strengths that make you, YOU, so that you can overcome them with confidence.
