In my early career at Intuit, I was fortunate to be part of an organization that prioritized both customers and employees. This experience profoundly influenced my professional journey and ignited my commitment to paying it forward. I've always relished tackling challenges head-on and forging meaningful connections with people. During my tenure at Intuit, I had the privilege of ensuring that end-user needs were at the forefront of product design and delivery. I find immense joy in putting myself in the shoes of customers to deeply understand their desires and requirements. At AnitaB, I excelled at proactively addressing issues before they could arise—a monumental task, considering my role involved coordinating content for over 800 sessions, serving 27,000+ attendees, and collaborating with 600+ session leaders and volunteers. My time at MOFI saw me as the 'Chief of Yes!'—I became adept at finding innovative ways to overcome obstacles, whether launching a podcast, editing and publishing our CEO's latest book, or mastering any necessary tools to drive projects to completion. At OFFOR Health, my responsibilities continually expanded. I specialized in immersing myself in each area I tackled, engaging with employees to gain insights into their experiences, identifying challenges, and seeking opportunities for operational enhancements that not only improved the well-being of employees and patients but also bolstered the bottom line. My superpower lies in assembling teams of like-minded disruptors to tackle substantial issues and dismantle barriers, both for staff and customers. I'm passionate about nurturing talent, paying it forward, hiring for potential and mindset, and getting hands-on to accomplish goals.
