Enterprise LAMP Summit

Co-organizer with Marcus Whitney of the three-day Enterprise LAMP Summit for CTOs. With speakers from global open source firms including Red Hat, Zend Technologies, BMC Technologies and MySQL, the Summit evaluated the enterprise worthiness of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Python and Perl) and LAMP-friendly technologies.

A complementary event, Big LAMP Camp, provided a deep-dive into real-world applications for open source developers.

Sponsors included prominent venture firms, leading IT consulting groups and major technology firms.

Privately held international trade intelligence firm

Identified dozens of new verticals for an international trade intelligence firm, expanding its sales focus from a single niche market to the entire industrial supply chain and dozens of commercial and transportation sectors. Also leveraged the firm's value to Homeland Security, which, using the firm's insights, could for the first time identify cargoes with suspicious mismatched paperwork before the cargoes left U.S. ports for inland distribution. 

Developed cross-cultural marketing materials for use in 286 World Trade Centers in 85 countries. Aligned internal and external messaging about the product across digital, print, sales and presentation platforms and developed operational supports to enable scaling.
