-Prepare and deliver classroom and e-learning trainings
-In conjunction with Senior Training Manager and Field Management; Identify, plan and execute branch trainings and sales days
-Develop and implement workshops as requested by local geography (BeNeLux)
-Participate in the review of training programs and materials
-Integration of social media and technologies (Salesforce, Cornerstone, Linkedin, etc.)

Learning & Development Manager

Responsible for the Division Accountemps, specialized in delivering temporary Finance and Accounting staff.
-Recruiting and training internal staff;
-Responsible for the team budget and achieving weekly/daily sales targets;
-Building relationships with clients and candidates;
-Recruiting temporary staff and selling to client portfolio;
-Organizing in-Branch cross-sell activities.
