I can remember meeting people at a conference and they had some valuable information,  but were unwilling to share? They would say," you can get that information on the website. Just google it".  Or what about attending seminars listening to panelist say, "yes there is plenty of capital out there, you just need to know how to access it,". Duh.....we know that but how do we? What do we need to do to prepare and actually acquire this capital?

No worries, as the Founder & CEO of Women Elevating Women ( W.E.W.), I won't be that Auntie who takes that favorite recipe to her grave. In our organization, we believe that if someone wants the recipe to replicate what you do, even make it better, its a compliment. You are our "SUPER FANS". 

At W.EW, we facilitates the growth of revenues and income by sharing of information, resources and opportunities to all women entrepreneurs and those  executives who want to transition, to scale past six figures. We support with virtual peer advisory meetings, mentors, accountability partners, and making those strategic introductions. We do this using the 5 Pillars of Success: Collaborate, Connect, Communicate, Cultivate and Courage.

 As a partner with Women Presidents Organization, our organization uses the "airport model". As one member scales or takes off to $1M, we bring in another member.  WEW act as a programmatic diversity arm and feeder organization for Women Presidents Organization (WPO).  I facilitate women in WPO who run businesses with gross revenues of $10M-$50M+. Given these resources, WEW members have a “runway” to success with access to information, insights, and opportunities that will scale them to WPO levels of $1M and beyond. You have the opportunity to engage, in person, with WPO members at the WPO Annual Forum and attend the WEW Conference.

The WPO/WEW relationship is one where we don't compete with each other,  but we complete!

Women Presidents Organization

This is a non profit membership organization whose members are a diverse group of  entrepreneurial women presidents, who have guided their businesses to generate at least $2 million in annual sales (or $1 million for a service-based business).  Aggregate revenues of WPO members is over $23B. Platinum gross revenues between $10-$50M and  Zenith gross revenues at $50M+

To increase minority participation in WPO, in 2010 I was one of the  architects  partnering WPO and The 100 Black Men of America Inc. creating the Women of Color & Achievement Awards to honor women earning $1M+ to give them access to opportunities, information, and capital to an organization that provides these resources.  

To date, we've honored Women of Color in 27 cities. W.E.W.continues to support WPO in their DEI initiative as the Co-Facilitator. W.E.W.recruits women businesses at six figures, direct their growth to $1M through a virtual peer advisory platform, then elevates them to a WPO Chapter. 

Over the years I have been  a facilitator of women running businesses from $1MM to $1B+ .

Managed and trained a satellite operation underwriting unit 1200 miles from Regional Office.Initiated a proposal accepted by the state Department of Insurance and Allstate's Home Office to redefine rating territory boundaries giving the competitive advantage to growth communities.
