Weight management is not just a matter of calories in vs. calories out. The key to achieving sustainable weight loss and maintaining your ideal weight is following a system that offers realistic nutrition adjustments, regular exercise, adequate sleep, stress management and shifting self-sabotaging mindsets that can often lead to stress or emotional eating. As a double board-certified Obesity Medicine and Family Medicine physician, I help busy women (who have often struggled for years trying multiple weight loss programs) reach their desired weight and health for good. After 10+ years of clinical experience, I’ve also realized the impact that menopause has on a woman’s physical and mental health. Now, as a Hormone Therapy Specialist, I help women experiencing menopause feel energetic again and reclaim their lives through effective weight management strategies and a protocol of safe and effective treatments.
