Charleston Naval Shipyard

Industrial engineer that supported overhauls of Navy submarines and other vessels.  Specific projects supported the refit of a ballistic missile submarine that involved removal of the mid-section of the submarine that contained the missile compartment and reassembly of internal and external connections using photogrammetry.  The submarine was then used at the Naval nuclear power school as a Moored Training Ship (MTS) at the Charleston, SC Naval nuclear power training facility.

I have a strong background in the manufacturing, logistics, and construction industries, where I have led HR teams, had experience as the global Organizational Development leader for a specialty chemical company, held many HR and Employee Development roles at large Robert Bosch manufacturing facility, and worked as an engineer for 10 years before that.  I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with a focus on HR/Org Development. I also hold certifications in High Impact Presentations and Diversity Leadership. I am passionate about creating effective and inclusive HR solutions that align with the business strategy and culture.
