Ports Authority for four years, have had experience as the global Organizational Development leader for a specialty chemical company, held many HR and Employee Development roles at large Robert Bosch manufacturing facility, and worked as an engineer for 10 years before that. I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with a focus on HR/Org Development. I also hold certifications in High Impact Presentations and Diversity Leadership.
