- Vision prototypes to help various clients leverage design thinking.

Working across many cross-functional agile teams within Nationwide, I helped deliver target state blueprints, user testing prototypes and built out the first of many products that help enable customers to open accounts online rather than needing to use a physical branch.

Projects included: 
- Digital transformation for the Current Account application process
- Integrated digital ID verification for secure account opening
- Created a guided ‘contact us’ interface to help users get the right help, first time
