As a deputy manager at PepsiCo, I am responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the company in India. I oversee the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis processes, using SAP and Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Before joining PepsiCo, I worked as an FP&A professional at Akshar Business Consulting Ltd, a UK-based company that provides business and financial consulting services to startups and established companies. I supported 15+ startups in the fintech and equity sectors, out of which six secured funding rounds from venture capitalists. I used Vena Solutions, a cloud-based corporate planning software, to create and automate financial reports and forecasts, and to offer insights and advice to clients. I also hold a certification in investment banking from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, which enhances my knowledge and skills in equity research, market derivatives, and more. I have a strong academic background in accounting and finance, with a Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree from Utkal University and an Intermediate degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Commerce degree from Lovely Professional University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Capital Law College, with a focus on international business, trade, and tax law. I am passionate about learning new things and developing my expertise in the financial and legal domains.
