Passionate, passionate, passionate about raw food and cooking, whatever the available budget. Added to this in 2024 is the creativity of art and writing, from Poetry to Prose. My aim is to get as many people as possible excited and engaged with the food on their plate, through to the art and writing they feel connected and engaged to. I'm inspired by the creativity of the simplicity of being present and in the flow of the moment...what comes out is the treasured gift of a moment in your life. Together From Seed to Flower and Mrs B's Kitchen is looking at mentoring and teaching achievable, small win, and to engage in consistency in the food choices we make and indulging in the creativity flow of fun and letting go. From my own journey of food and nutrition over the last 12 years, I am a product of my belief. I have experience of how every day, simple foods, can really work for creating a better version of you. It matters. It matters a great deal more post Covid. Taking to writing Poetry during days of isolation and lock down to the present day, the lived journey has created key principles for engaging. Sharing through development and delivering personalised workshops is a joy. My past is gained from learning on the job, working in call centre environments, receptionist to management. My experience of training others is combined from over 25 years plus, in sectors from Airline, Corporate Aviation, Non-profit and Public Services in the UK. I can demonstrate a history of working in the professional training & coaching areas. Skills and experiences in IT packages of MS, Digital marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, and Social media. A BA Hons Public Policy & Management degree. Focused learning in International, European, National & Local Policy Making, Law Pathway from University Of Bedfordshire.
