Most content teams I’ve worked with fall into two extremes: 1. High-volume, low-impact content (no results) 2. Need-based, over-engineered content (misses the mark) The reason: - Failure to understand the purpose of content. - Unrealistic expectations from content. Ultimately, practicing these into B2B/B2C content worked in my favour. Because great content looks different for every brand, and those varied routes taught me to adapt while staying grounded in an audience-first approach. — 🧩 How I Work I hit my stride when I owned operations. Handling execution proved that a lack of structure can truly be the missing link between an idea and its outcome. So, to ensure more hits and fewer misses, processes guide how I work. Simply put: 1. I research Your market, audience, competitors, perspectives, and gaps, so everything we do next is grounded. 2. Create workflows I separate areas for human intervention and automation to support our work. 3. Begin work I break targets into tasks, focus on what matters today, and refine as we go. This is why I see content as a system, not just a deliverable, because without it, the effort rarely achieves its full impact. — 🤝🏼 Who I Work With In my experience, the best content happens when both sides commit to doing their part.
