Hello, I'm Harika, a Business strategy professional currently spearheading key initiatives at HT Labs, a vibrant, fast-paced organization operating in the dynamic OTT, digital ed-tech, and fintech sectors. As part of my role, I'm deeply involved in crafting the overall strategy for thriving products like OTTplay, Slurrp, Mintgenie, and HTschool - covering diverse aspects such as Product development, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & more. Prior to HT Labs, I held a crucial role as Senior Manager - Strategy & Insights in the CEO's Office at EXL. At EXL, a top-notch operations management and analytics company, I had my hands in everything - daily strategic operations, working with senior management, and planning and driving initiatives across departments like Finance, Sales and Human Resources. Prior to that, I graduated from IIM Bangalore (Batch of 2017-19). In 2018, as part of the IIMB Summer internship program, I worked as a digital marketing strategist for a B2B company called Amplus Solar. The excellence I showed during my Graduation (9.14/10 GPA), Class XII (97.4%, Institute Rank 1/400+), SSC (96%, District 2nd) has laid the foundation for what I am today.
