- Involved in the initial prototyping and delivery of the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipeline to extract information from scanned PDFs such as insurance claim forms, bank statements etc. 
- Worked on improving the A/B testing pipeline of a relevant question recommender system for an EdTech company, and came up with a sampling strategy to detect anomalies as a result of customer feedback on the recommendation results.

- Delivered key flows in Multi Parts Transfer to enable a field agent to request and receive multiple parts from peer agents or warehouses. Also added push notifications to ensure that the peer agent gets notified of any part(s) requested from them and new capabilities to edit the exact assets to be transferred.
-  Rebuilt Planned Maintenance as well as Performance and Analytics Dashboards, which are tracking KPIs for Field Agents thereby migrating the user experience to Workspace using ServiceNow's latest UI Builder and Dashboard Builder tools.
- Brought the order summary PDF previews as well as customer collaboration (via comments on tasks) into the mobile app, for Field Agents on the go.
- Migrated Customer and Consumer Portal experiences to make them more standardized and user-friendly, in addition to improving page accessibility to meet the standards of the level WCAG 2.1 (level AA).

-  Setup initial SMS and Email Notifications related to the process flow and state changes in orders or tasks, along with URL shortener extensions for SMS
- Delivered features related to third party Contractors such as onboarding new agents, order summary PDF generation consisting of debriefing and expense lines
- Enhanced Customer Experience by enabling real-time traffic ETA estimation for Agent Tracking, and added an auto-refresh of the map to bring about an overall real-time location tracking experience similar to Uber, Ola etc.
