As an Associate Software Engineer, I worked on a project that served a high-profile client in the Life Sciences industry. My primary responsibility was to provide production support for the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) application. I was responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related issues to ensure seamless service delivery to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolved around 200+ incoming queries and escalations around the Salesforce platform (FSL - Field Service Lightning in particular).  
- Imported and exported data to and from the Salesforce org using Dataloader and Workbench.
- Identified critical bugs in the production environment and fixed them using Declarative and programmatic approaches in Salesforce.
- Managed Salesforce org with over 500+ active users using the Field Service application.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assisted in the design, development, and testing of customizations and integrations with other applications to meet the client's requirements.
- Documented processes, procedures, and knowledge articles to ensure knowledge transfer within the team and to the client.

The AWS Educate Student Ambassador Program is for students who serve as ambassadors and evangelists for AWS Educate. These students share their knowledge and experience in teaching cloud computing with other ambassadors at their institution, in their community, and around the world.

AWS Educate Student Ambassadors have supported AWS-related activities on and off-campus, such as delivering presentations, identifying student-led startups, and participating and organizing hackathons. Through a competitive process that showcased member academic and extracurricular accomplishments, the selected inaugural cohort contains 326 members from over 50 countries and more than 250 higher education institutions.

• The role involves creating awareness about cloud computing and AWS in the student's community through social media platforms, conferences, webinars, and other events.
• Act as a liaison between the student community, as users, of AWS Educate programs for an effective feedback mechanism.
