Worked with a major Payment technology services company based in USA. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud were used for their sales team and call center agents. With Sales Cloud, they were using Salesforce CPQ and Docusign managed packages for Quote processing and merchant agreements. On Service Cloud, they were using the standard service console for call center agents and customization was done to meet business requirements.

I was leading a team which was managing an application being used by research group to publish and distribute various research articles, documents and reports to companies’ contacts. Using predictive analysis, based on a contact’s interests, previous readership and stock holding pattern, suggested documents were emailed to that contact by research group. Many applications interact with this application to push/retrieve research and interest data through web services and REST/SOAP APIs.
