o	Manage daily production to ensure the timely delivery of validated asset prices.

Roles and responsibilities:
o	Supported client in processing and reconciling fixed income securities of various indexes for daily and monthly reporting.
o	Uploading index files in client system and reviewing the load process.
o	Ensuring the accuracy of the benchmark data using vendor sources and client systems and providing reports to client to make necessary corrections and adjustments in case of breaks and differences that are outside the agreed tolerance level.
o	Monitoring adds and drops of securities from the benchmark index and notifying the same to client.
o	Preparing Call report and Minutes of Meeting [MOM] on weekly basis and notifying the same to client.
o	Attending WebEx training and client calls for business purpose.
o	Responsible for work quality, accuracy and timely product execution.
o	Actively involved in updating SOPs in case of process enhancement.
o	Training back up FTEs and preparing them for client interview.
