They just expect more from it. 💁🏻‍♂️ As a generation that grew up in uncertainty, digital-first ecosystems, and high transparency, they’re asking BETTER QUESTIONS. And they expect their workplace to have BETTER ANSWERS ✨ So those must have are: ✅ Purpose-Driven Work (Not Just a Paycheck) - Gen Z wants to know why your company exists and how their role contributes to something beyond profits. Clearly communicate your company’s mission. Tie individual KPIs to broader business and social impact.       Imagine telling a brand “hey let’s make singing poops for your next campaign” 😭 Most would’ve shut that down in 2 seconds. But PETA UK actually went ahead with it. And it worked lmao. It takes some serious trust to let an idea this wild go live. Lowkey love when brands just go “you know what, let’s try it.” Manifesting clients who say “yes” to unhinged but brilliant ideas like this (this is the kinda chaos I’d love to cook up with a brave brand at Biased Media Group)
