As a Data Scientist at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research, I apply my technical and analytical skills to solve complex biomedical domains. I use explainable Ai to understand the deep learning models in genomics. I have a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where I worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Data Scientist. I developed and published a novel framework for time series forecasting using Attention-based Temporal Graph Convolutional Networks, which improved prediction accuracy and addressed interdependencies and long-term dependencies in time series networks. I also completed a Software Developer Internship at T-Mobile, where I built and deployed data pipelines and machine learning models for VR applications. I am passionate about data science and its applications in various fields and industries. I love digging into data and getting my feet wet to find innovative and effective solutions.
