Why I do what I do: I grew up in a small town in Bavaria, Germany, and moved to the US for an academic college scholarship in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Having started a few businesses myself I have developed a passion for helping others achieve the goals of their dream businesses. Building genuine relationships, and opening doors for others comes easily to me. Living and working internationally for 7 years, I constantly connected with new people, cultures, and communities. Communicating cross-culturally has taught me to build resilient teams, and lead them toward success. Starting and running my own businesses taught me resilience, patience, and coming up with "out of the box" ideas. The ocean 🏄‍♀️ and the great outdoors are my happy place. I also love to practice yoga or taking my two Australian Shepherds for a run.
