Business Development Responsibilities:
•	Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

•	Attract highly qualify candidates using diverse resources such as job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and networking activities.
•	Conducts proactive research to gain a better understanding of the talent market; successfully calibrates hiring teams on talent profiles.
•	Developing and/or refining recruiting methods that support the company's purpose of providing the best possible results to customers.
•	Recommending recruitment tactics that would help the organization expand in the long run.
•	Manage the day-to-day operations.
•	Keep track of team performance and provide metrics reports.
•	Motivate team members.
