In July 2021, ThankView hired its first social media marketer (Bianca) to work solely on growth, brand identity, and brand recognition. During that time, Bianca increased its follower count, CTR, and engagement rate. With year-to-date percentage growths reading upwards of 800%.

In October 2021, ThankView was acquired by EverTrue. In March 2022, Bianca took over managing both EverTrue and ThankView socials with a new focus on growing EverTrue's B2B socials. In 8 months, Bianca grew their prime social platform LinkedIn:

- CTR from 3.0% to 5.6%
- Engagement rate from 3.2% to 5.4%

Bianca successfully showcased their brand messaging in front of the niche desired target market through unique ideas and engaging content to reach her personal goal of making EverTrue the standard household name in fundraising. To amplify their brand voice, she implemented an internal social media marketing program with their sales team. 

To ensure her creative mind was put to good use, she expanded her work outside of just social media. She's most proud of her ideations for the creative aspect of their RAISE 2022 event which she had re-named RAISE Roadmap Day. With the goal of turning a standard webinar into an exciting and fun piece to spend time watching and enjoying, they saw record-high inquiries and discussions about the available EverTrue products following the event. Not to mention, their customers and prospects alike were raving about the experience they were left with after the event which inevitably helped spread brand awareness.

She enjoyed working closely with the sales, customer success, design, blogging, and webinar team members and was a team player that donated her free time to the DEI committee by planning fun events for coworkers to engage in once a month.
