Hey, I'm Bianca! 👋 I've spent the last decade building brands for tech companies, starting in Bucharest's agency world and eventually making my way to working with startups and scale-ups globally. My journey's been pretty varied. I've gone from being one of the first 80 employees at Paddle (where I built their brand team from scratch) to creating a playable marketing game called Marketing Quest in my spare time. I've led rebrands, launched campaigns across multiple continents, and somehow convinced companies to let me experiment with everything from documentaries to space-themed campaigns. These days, I'm doing advisory services for tech companies, helping them figure out their brand strategy and marketing. I love the problem-solving side of marketing and figuring out how to make brands feel authentic and human. When I'm not obsessing over the latest tech news or debating brand strategy, you'll probably find me gaming, travelling, or reading. I'm also that person who will definitely bring up whatever startup news broke that morning in casual conversation. Always up for chatting about marketing, gaming, or the latest tech drama.
