- Ensure proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs while maintaining target labour cost
- Creating a bespoke and friendly relationship with members
- Meet weekly with the owner and project manager to provide feedback on P&L
- Find new ways to grow sales and proactively seek and negotiate the best contractual deals with suppliers
- Organize events in collaboration with Equinox Marketing Manager
- Organize logistic to transport food from the unit kitchen to the venue
- Work on weekly and event menu with the Executive Chef
- Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex things simply

- Meeting with clients to build a strong relationship to understand their needs    - Design the mock-up of the interface for an interactive table
