Designing artificial intelligence systems from a Service Design perspective has been the focus of my career. As a Design Manager, I oversee the creation of user-centered AI solutions, from discovery to delivery. With a strong background in design, combined with continuous study of data science and technology, I help companies leverage the power of AI to solve complex business problems and create new growth opportunities. My goal is to provide ethical, intuitive, accessible, and scalable AI solutions that meet the needs of both businesses and users. I have extensive experience in UX Research, conducting user research to identify needs, desires, and behaviors and then using those insights to guide the creation of AI solutions.
