- Provide direct engagement and support to corporate senior executives, maintaining high-touch C-level to global accounts, local major accounts, business center & SMB in Vietnam.
- Develop sales plan and program for penetrating Jabra enterprise products into huge enterprise market
- All-round sales channels (re-sellers, distributors & vendors) management for win-win business, including tailor-made special packages, incentive schemes, direct product and technical support, solution proposal, developing sales strategies for various sales channels and explore new sales channel and opportunity
- Develop long-term co-brand Sales Programs with leading IT Vendors & maintain good relationship to sustain brand reputation and position in Unified Communication market
- Handle projects, take responsibility for developing new customers as well as taking care of current accounts/projects in Vietnam market for Enterprise Business.
- Consult End Users to develop their current state into prospects and increase the value of products to enhance customer’s productivity. 
- Take care of Partner training, channel products update monthly/quarterly, make sure to drive revenue for Jabra business.
- Support to train sales team of partners about products, sales skill, Go-to-market skills, canvassing skill..

ASEAN Business Development Manager

- Taking care of all SME and Large Enterprises in South And Central of Vietnam. 
- Managing pipeline & booking lists in order to have smooth supply chain workflow.
- Directly visiting to customers site, conducting site-survey, developing their current status into prospect deals, directly meeting & building relationship with Person In Charge, directly closing deal with C-level (decision makers).
- Following up close key accounts to get repeating order.
