• Management of Creative Department and BTL agencies, responsible for all creative executions (Theatrical, Consumer Products, Disney Channels, Franchises, Events,Publicity, Institutional);
• Management of the "guardians team" of Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars brands;
• Responsible for developing special projects and brand activations at point of sales for all studios (Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm);
• Creative orientation and art direction to agencies, freelancers, photographers, illustrators;
• Responsible for developing integrated campaigns with Marketing team (special events such as Comic Con Experience and seasonal campaigns as Back to School and Children’s Day);
• Control of department´s schedule and workflow, briefings and deadlines negotiations with the heads of the departments.

Creative Marketing Manager

Editora CARAS

• Management of Creative Marketing and Special Projects departments of CARAS Publisher;
• Coordination of all institutional materials and marketing initiatives of the publisher’s 18 titles;
• Art direction for special editions: Caras Noivas (wedding yearbook), Caras Decoração (decoration yearbook) and Caras Fashion (fashion magazine);
• Control of department´s schedule and workflow, briefings and deadlines negotiations with the heads of the departments;
• Photography productions organization and direction, at studios and outdoor locations;
• Hiring and management of service providers (advertising & graphic agencies, photographers, stylists, modeling agencies and illustrators);
• Creation of advertising campaigns (institutional, collections, special editions) overseeing the design, execution and finalization of the materials;
• Creation and production of events scenography and supporting materials (national and international);
• Communication materials creation for publisher’s special products collections (brand name, advertising campaign design, product packaging, POP materials);
• Creation of materials for social media;
• Presentation and approval of the work with the Board and Superintendency.
